We connect borrowers with participating hard money lenders who may be able to provide financing. Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address that you provide through forms, by phone, or by email.
Property and Investment Information
Property address, property type, purchase price, rehab budget, after-repair value, timeline, purpose of the loan, and related investment details you share when requesting a connection with a lender.
Financial Information
Non-public personal financial information you voluntarily provide in connection with your inquiry, such as estimated credit range, experience level, liquidity, and existing debt. We do not request Social Security Numbers or full banking credentials through our website; if a participating lender requires that information, they will collect it directly under their own terms.
Usage Data
Information automatically collected when you visit our site, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and site functionality.
Communication Records
Records of your communications with us, including form submissions, emails, text messages, and the content and timestamp of your consent to be contacted.

Participating Lenders
When you submit an inquiry, we share the information you provide with one or more participating hard money lenders so they can evaluate your request and contact you directly. Service Providers
We share information with vendors that help us operate, such as email delivery, form processing, analytics, hosting, and customer-relationship-management providers. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us.
Legal and Safety
We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Skills, LLC, our users, or others; and to investigate or prevent fraud or abuse.
Business Transfers

If you would prefer that we not share your information with participating lenders, please do not submit an inquiry.
To request that we stop sharing your information with participating lenders going forward, to opt out of future marketing communications, or to ask us to delete your information from our systems, contact us using the information in the Contact section below. Once your information has already been shared with a participating lender, you will need to contact that lender directly to address their use of your information.

Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of non-public personal information. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence, employee training, and periodic review of our information-security program.
